Welcome to our Alcoholic Beverage Control webpage. One Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator's Office has been established for both Fleming County and the City of Flemingsburg. Below you will find two Alcoholic Beverage Control ordinances, one for the City of Flemingsburg and a second that applies to businesses located within Fleming County but outside of city limits. You will also find two Alcoholic Beverage Control Basic Application Forms.
If your business would like to sell Alcoholic Beverages within the City of Flemingsburg, please review the City of Flemingsburg Alcoholic Beverage Control Ordinance and complete the Alcoholic Beverage Control Basic Application form for the City of Flemingsburg.
If your business is located within Fleming County but outside of the city limits of Flemingsburg and would like to sell Alcoholic Beverages, please review the Fleming County Alcoholic Beverage Control Ordinance and complete the Alcoholic Beverage Control Basic Application form for Fleming County.
